Nirbhay Singh
Nirbhay grew up watching his grandfather practising asana in an Indian family where meditation was an integral part of life. He studied at SVYASA, specialising in yogic science and therapy. His focus is on posture alignment, breathing techniques, and the spiritual aspects of yoga practice. He particularly enjoys teaching classical yoga, believing that advanced poses and variations naturally come once the foundation is strong.
