About the Retreat 
As city dwellers, it is easy to forget that we are also a part of nature. Our bodies being made of stardust, we are also undeniably connected to all things. In today’s fast-paced world, it’s essential to take a step back, breathe, and reconnect with our inner selves and the natural world.
Our facilitators, April and Yun, invite you to spend a few days away from the city and deep into the forests and hills of Chiang Mai. Thailand is home to a rich spiritual heritage and breathtaking landscapes, providing the perfect setting for a journey of self-discovery and transformation. Join us on this exclusive yoga retreat as we explore the intersection of nature, movement, and mindfulness, and rediscover our place within the world.
This retreat will include a trip to Chiang Mai city to enjoy the sights and sounds of Songkran Festival.
About La Tierra 
Nestled in the lush hills of Northern Thailand, La Tierra offers an exclusive retreat experience for groups, teams, and leaders looking to connect, grow, and transform. Located just an hour from Chiang Mai’s International Airport, this 17-acre sanctuary is rich with greenery, fruit trees, a tranquil creek, and plenty of open space. April Lu
A former banker, April started her yoga journey in 2013, transforming her passion into a lifelong mission. She values discipline, consistency in her practice and employs yoga for therapeutic benefits, driving her to assist those facing stress-related issues.
Yun Ng
Yun started practicing Yoga at the age of 17 and has been training as a teacher since 2009. Her curiosity and thirst for knowledge keep her on the mat, fueling her desire to learn and evolve every single day.
