Suboptimal posture oftens contributes to back and neck pain, headaches and fatigue. Pilates fosters optimal spinal alignment and body mechanics, offering relief from back pain and reducing injury risk. The goal for this workshop is for you to discover purposeful, mindful movement to maintain safety and well-being.
You will learn to fortify your core, enhance flexibility, and boost overall body awareness. Doing this workshop will reveal how proper alignment optimizes the function of muscles, joints, and the spine for peak efficiency.
