Derris discovered yoga in Shanghai 2005 while working as a senior quality manager. Since then, yoga has been his constant as he navigated through life in China and Hong Kong for 12 years. However, the long hours and frequent business travel affected his health, and finally in 2016, Derris left the corporate world to teach yoga. Derris believes in yoga practices that leaves one rejuvenated and pain free. He cares about his students’ ability to stay connected to their bodies and minds when practising. His classes build strength and flexibility, are challenging, and fun, with his unique sense of humour.
