Jayan's yoga journey began by imitating his father and evolved during school days with proper guidance from a teacher. Initially motivated by perfecting postures, yoga gradually became an integral part of his life. Teaching since 2000, Jayan delved into diverse schools and universities, exploring yoga therapy and acupuncture to comprehend the body and energy. With a Master's in yoga and ongoing Ph.D. research, yoga remains his passion. His classes exude harmony and holistic practices, preserving traditional techniques with a focus on proper alignment. His dedication is evident in his teaching style, enriching the experiences of his students.
