Ayu Astutik

Ayu Astutik is a fitness professional, educator, and endurance athlete from Surabaya, Indonesia, with over 20 years of experience in the health and fitness industry. Holding both a Bachelor's Degree in Sport Science and Education and a Master's Degree in Sport and Health, she combines academic expertise with extensive practical experience. Ayu began her career as a group fitness instructor in 2003 and has since specialized in group fitness, strength training, functional training, and dance fitness. She became certified in her first Les Mills program, BodyPump, in 2008 and was among the first certified Zumba Instructors in Surabaya in 2011, helping grow the local fitness community. Since 2018, Ayu has been sharing her knowledge and passion internationally, inspiring individuals through fitness education and group exercise. Outside the gym, she is an accomplished endurance athlete, with multiple HYROX competitions, including two podium finishes, and three half marathons to her name.
