Yu Xuan Tan

Xuan discovered her love for sports at the age of nine through netball, which she went on to play competitively for nine years. Her passion for sports and exercise continued to grow, eventually leading her to pursue a degree in Sports and Exercise Science. Along the way, she found joy in the gym and developed a strong appreciation for resistance training. Today, Xuan hopes to share that passion with others, showing that resistance training is not only for athletes or bodybuilders, but also essential for healthy ageing, strength, and confidence at every stage of life.
