Yoga is a way of life: old wisdom meets new science 
Born in Hong Kong, former banker Cora Lee discovered yoga in 2011 through restorative practice. Having studied with PURE Yoga founding teacher Patrick Creelman and internationally recognised yoga teachers Jason Crandell and Judith Lasater, she has taught for over a decade, specialising in precise alignment, functional anatomy and intelligent sequencing. She also mentors yoga teachers both in person and online.
Her classes integrate the wisdom of yoga’s traditions with modern anatomy, building strength and stability for a sustainable, lifelong practice.
