Francesca Wong is a certified Yoga Teacher and Sound Healing Practitioner whose work bridges ancient yogic wisdom with modern approaches to mindfulness and holistic wellbeing. After over a decade in corporate, she deepened her exploration into yoga and sound healing during a period of personal loss & burnout. Whilst she began practising yoga in 2011, this chapter became the catalyst for deeper studies in yoga, meditation, breathwork & sound healing. Her journey led her to spend over a year living and studying across India, including the Himalayas, Rishikesh, Dharamshala, Delhi, and Varanasi. Known for her grounding yet expansive teaching style, Francesca integrates Hatha, Yin, breathwork, meditation, mantra, and sound.
