A curated series of classes focusing on enhancing your practice with a harmonious blend of refined yoga techniques for a mindful and rejuvenating experience. New series of classes will be introduced frequently.

 

This August, we will be focusing on Wall Rope Yoga.

 

ABOUT WALL ROPE YOGA

 

Elevate your practice with our Specialised Pillar: Wall Rope Yoga. This class is practiced on a Yoga Wall system that uses ropes, pelvic swings, bars and other props to enhance traction and extension of the body in various yoga poses. The system is designed to aid in alignment understanding and deepen body opening during practice. Sessions may include pranayama, chanting, and meditation.

 

Suitable for students with some yoga experience seeking to explore the Wall Rope Yoga practice. The class may introduce supported inversions and mixed-level postures, with options available for Foundation Level students to facilitate the transition to mixed-level classes.

 

Please note that it is necessary to arrive 5-10 minutes before class to set up the equipment.

Embark on a journey to explore ELEVATE: HATHA MASTER CLASS

 

On top of August’s focus, we are having ELEVATE: Hatha Master Class that is permanently on the schedule.

 

 

ABOUT HATHA MASTER CLASS

 

This 2-hr master class offers advanced practitioners the opportunity to refine your skills and explore the depths of grounding in yoga. A non-vinyasa based asana practice focused on connecting the body and mind to increase awareness and stability. Some pranayama, chanting, and meditation may be included.

 

Suitable for advanced yoga practitioners. Students must have consistently attended Mixed Level classes and possess the necessary body stability and awareness to attempt advanced postures. The ability to perform handstand (at the wall) and straight-arm wheel pose (Urdhva Dhanurasana) are required for this class. This class is permanently on the schedule.
