Reformer Pilates Classes

  • • Students must attend Reformer Intro prerequisite class to start their Reformer Pilates journey.
  • • Each participant can attend a maximum of three (3) Reformer Intro classes.
  • • All participants in Reformer Pilates classes are required to wear non-slip grip socks. Please bring your own or purchase at front desk.
  • • The Reformer Signature class is a mixed level class and participants are encourage to complete ten (10) Reformer Essentials classes prior to this class.
  • • Our Reformer classes are not suitable for pregnant women.

Reformer Intro

Welcome to Pilates! This is your starting point in your Pilates journey. In the Reformer Intro class, you will learn about the set-up of the Reformer equipment and the fundamentals of Pilates to prepare you for our group classes. You will learn the correct techniques to engage your core, coupled with breathwork, and finding the correct body alignment while on the Reformer and any modifications you need.

Reformer Essentials

Back to Basics! This is your in-between go-to beginner-friendly class which will help you to understand Reformer Pilates deeper, while refining alignment and techniques. Achieve a greater sense of body awareness, strengthen your core while improving balance and coordination, all in 55 mins! Once you feel confident, hop onto our Signature classes or revisit your basics anytime if you want to take things at a slower pace.

Reformer Stretch

This class flow through mobility exercises with a focus on range of motion, alignment and overall core strength to leave you feeling restored. Drawing from both Yoga and Pilates to create a full mind-body connection. You are encouraged to move with purpose and intent, connecting your breath and core to discover your full range of motion on the reformer. Stretch classes move at a slower pace, for you to be more attuned to your own body. A great way to increase your flexibility, gain a better understanding of how to move without restriction, better alignment and with control. The perfect addition to your training to compliment your workouts. For all levels. 55 minute workout.

Reformer Signature

Signature is our classic class that focuses on strength, endurance, and mobility. This class dials up the intensity as you chase that Pilates burn working your way to get the core, arms, legs and back fired up! Cardio-light, low-impact yet with a good intensity to leave you walking out of class feeling fully worked out and energised!

Reformer Signature Plus

Searching for more strength, some cardio, and more challenging workout than the regular Signature class… then this is for you! The Signature Plus is a blend of intermediate to advanced Reformer Pilates exercises, incorporating high intensity full body movements to get your heart pumping while building overall muscle endurance. Classes may incorporate a cardio Jumpboard* and strength-based exercises to maximise your caloric output. *Jumpboard is only available at PURE Fitness Asia Square.
