In the Reformer Intro class, you will learn about the set-up of the Reformer equipment and the fundamentals of Pilates to prepare you for our group classes. Back to Basics! This is your in-between go-to beginner-friendly class which will help you to understand Reformer Pilates deeper, while refining alignment and techniques. Achieve a greater sense of body awareness, strengthen your core while improving balance and coordination, all in 55 mins! Once you feel confident, hop onto our Signature classes or revisit your basics anytime if you want to take things at a slower pace.

Grip socks are also mandatory to ensure stability, comfort, safety, and hygiene reasons. Members can bring their own grip socks or purchase a pair of PURE grip socks over the counter.

Yes, you may. However, we do require all first-time participants to attend our Reformer Intro class. This ensures you have a solid foundation and understanding of the Reformer machine before moving on to other classes. Once you've completed the Reformer Intro class, you're welcome to book any of our other Reformer Pilates sessions!
PURE members with our Transformation membership can access unlimited Reformer Pilates classes. For members with other standard memberships, they can complement it with purchase of PURE+ Class Packs to access the classes.
