Lin discovered yoga in 2009 as a healing practice for her sports injuries, finding not just physical recovery but also mental clarity and peace. Embracing Universal Yoga, Lin values a scientific approach blended with ancient yoga philosophy. The complete system of Universal Yoga gave her a different perspective on the intricacies of sequencing and how structuring a physical practice could significantly affect the internal state of students. As such, Lin focuses her teaching on breathwork, body awareness and alignment. Her innovative sequences aim to engage and enlighten her students, while keeping classes enjoyable and insightful.
