1. How do I sign up for a PURE membership?
Register your interest here, and our Customer Representative will contact you as soon as possible. Alternatively, you can also sign up for membership at any of our PURE clubs.
2. What are your operating hours?
Operating hours may differ across different clubs. Visit our Locations page for more information.
3. Can I access all the clubs?
Club access may differ across different membership types. Access may also vary if you are on a promotional plan or an older membership plan.

4. What is included in the PURE+ classes?
PURE+ classes include specialty classes such as Reformer Pilates, FUZE, Aerial Yoga, Wall Rope Yoga, Pre-natal Yoga and more.
Themed PURE+ classes may also be introduced on a seasonal basis.
5. Can I purchase PURE+ classes without a PURE membership?
We do not offer non-member PURE+ Packs. If you are keen on a trial, you can purchase our Trial Pack here.
6. I have a Starter Reformer Pilates membership. Can I access the gym floor and other classes offered at PURE?
Starter Membership for Reformer Pilates only entails access to 6 reformer pilates classes per month. The membership does not include access to gym floor, group fitness classes or yoga classes.
7. What happens to my membership access after I complete the minimum commitment period?
Membership will automatically renew monthly after the commitment period, subject to the Out of Contract fee and any potential price increases. This will apply to both monthly dues and prepaid membership.
8. I am travelling and would like to visit a PURE location without any existing membership. Is this possible?
Non-PURE Members are welcome to visit any PURE location in Asia with the following drop-in day rates (subject to availability):
• Hong Kong locations HK$350 per visit/class
• Shanghai locations ¥350 per visit/class
• Singapore locations S$50 per visit/class
*Members refer only to active PURE contract holders; benefits do not extend to drop-in visitors and expired contract holders.

1. Is workout gear provided?
Complimentary workout gear such as tops, bottoms and socks are provided at all PURE Fitness clubs.
For Reformer Pilates classes, you will need to bring along your own grip socks. Otherwise, you can also purchase a pair of PURE grip socks over the counter.
2. Are shower facilities available?
Yes, all PURE clubs are equipped with shower facilities with towels and toiletries provided.
3. Can I bring a friend with me?
Yes! Every PURE Cardholder is entitled to Monthly Guest Pass to bring along first-time PURE visitors to the gym - no appointment is needed. For Group Fitness or Yoga classes, approach the PURE team if you are keen to book a trial class for your Guest.

1. How can I book for the complimentary Personal Yoga studio?
Transformation members are entitled to complimentary booking of Private Yoga studio (U.P. $20/hr) for self-practice. Booking of Personal Yoga studio is available for 1 hour self practice, capped at 3 pax per session only.
Approach the front desk at any PURE Yoga for booking, subject to availability.
2. How do I redeem the 3-month complimentary Personal Locker?
Approach the reception at any PURE studios to redeem your complimentary Personal Locker, available for the first 3 months based on your agreement activation date.
3. Does the 5% discount at nood applies to all food and beverage items at nood food?
Yes! Flash your PURE e-card at the nood staff for verification of your membership, to enjoy 5% discount on any food and beverage items before payment.
4. How can I book for the monthly complimentary InBody Analysis & 15-min Consultation?
Redeem your complimentary session by filling in the registration form here. A Personal Trainer will reach out to you for an appointment.
5. How can I book for the complimentary Basic Health Screening?
Complimentary Basic Health Screening is powered by our partner – Advantage Medical Group. Advance booking is required for redemption, click here to book now.
1. How do I book for a class?
You can book or cancel classes via our PURE360 app. You will be given an account with your indicated email address upon the activation of your PURE contract. Log in with the email address and set a new password on your first login.
This account should be used for both the PURE 360 Lifestyle app and website bookings. Booking for all group classes can be made up to 5 days in advance.

2. How many classes can I book?
You may book a total of 6 classes (including waitlisted classes) within a 5-day period, with a daily limit of 2 bookings per day. For Members with access to both Fitness and Yoga, you can book a maximum of 6 Fitness + 6 Yoga classes in total.
Booking limit is also refreshed daily to allow new class bookings on the following day.
3. Can I queue for a class in person?
Yes, you can always queue in person if the class shows "Try Standby" status. Below are the class status indicators that you will see in the app:
• "Book" - Booking is available.
• "Full" - No booking and no spaces available even for Standby.
• "Waitlist" - You are on the waitlist. Our system will inform you if you have been moved off the waitlist and you can book via the app.
• "Try Standby" - Advance booking is not available, but there are spaces that you can queue for in person at the PURE location.
4. Is there a penalty if I miss my booked class(es)?
If you cannot attend the pre-booked classes, please cancel at least 2 hours in advance and we will release your spot to other Members on waitlist or for 'Last Chance' booking.
A total of 3 or more "Last Chance" booking cancellations or "Late-cancel" or "No-show" over 30 consecutive days will result in:
• Booking privileges being revoked for 2 weeks for all occurrences.
• You will be restricted to in-person queuing on Standby 15 minutes before class.
5. How can I check my booking/visit history?
You can view it with our 360 app by clicking the "Book" button, then "My bookings/Visit History".
6. I am new to Yoga, how do I find a suitable class for me?
At PURE Yoga, we developed the 5 Pillars to provide a clear path for students to develop and grow in their yoga practice.
If you are new in the yoga journey, we suggest starting with Healing and Grounding classes before you proceed to the Dynamic and Hot classes. Once you are ready to expand your Yoga practice, you can then progress to explore Specialised classes. You can find more information from our Class Schedule.
7. I am looking for a Personal Trainer to guide me on my fitness journey.

8. Can I book classes outside of my home PURE location or region?
Your booking privileges align with the terms that are outlined in your PURE contract. If you would like to extend/change the booking to other locations/countries, please feel free to approach your dedicated Customer Representative.

1. Can I suspend my membership temporarily?
Need a break? You can request for suspension, without any questions asked by dropping us your request here. Maximum suspension period allowed may vary across different membership types.
A suspension fee of $53.50 is chargeable. Terms and conditions apply.

A 1-month notice period is required for termination after commitment period.
Termination within commitment period requires a minimum 1-month notice and incurs a $500 termination fee.
