Healing: Gong, Yin and Meditation
Dive into the first half of the session with Yin Yoga, a practice that gently stretches and nourishes the deep connective tissues around your joints. Explore passive seated and supine postures, held for 4-6 minutes, accompanied by soothing frequencies. As the body begins to open and relax, we will journey into the second half – surrender to the soothing vibrations of the Gong and Crystal Bowls during an extended Savasana. Let calming sounds and resonant frequencies guide you into a state of deep relaxation and meditation, gently shifting you into the alpha and theta brainwave states. This integrated practice of Yin Yoga and Sound Bath supports a journey of inner exploration, relaxation, and meaningful connection to the Self.
