Pilates is not about Perfection but Precision.

Graduating as an occupational therapist from the National University of Malaysia, Ying Jia has been gaining clinical experience in treating musculoskeletal conditions such as spinal deviation, back pain, and shoulder, hip, and knee issues since 2020. During their practice, Ying Jia began exploring the active healing approach of REHAB PILATES for their clients. In addition to working with clients with various conditions, Ying Jia has also collaborated with Malaysia’s national badminton players to enhance their performance. By improving joint mobility and body awareness, Ying Jia has significantly reduced the tendency for sports injuries. With a deep understanding of human anatomy and biomechanics, Ying Jia aims to help students learn more about their bodies through verbal cueing and corrections in their classes. Join Ying Jia in building mind-body control and awareness through the practice of Contrology—Pilates.
