Tessy was born in Indonesia, North Sumatra – Medan. She began her fitness journey at the age of 14 joining aerobics classes. She felt the power and amazing vibes in class and was motivated to become an instructor. Two years later as an aerobic instructor, Tessy was able to share her knowledge with others and at age 20 she progressed into an athletic aerobics gymnast. Yet every day, she diligently and fervently continues her journey of learning and practising. Tessy is incredibly passionate about fitness and enjoys the challenge of spreading better health and fitness to the world.
