Arif Ozbey is a lifelong sports enthusiast whose journey began with six years of taekwondo, earning him a black belt, and later extended into basketball, where he competed throughout school, university, and regional amateur leagues. His passion for performance and movement naturally evolved into personal training. Arif designs tailored programmes that focus on fitness, recovery, and pain management. Having overcome a meniscus tear, shoulder impingement, and a 40 kg weight loss himself, he has developed a strong foundation in rehabilitation and corrective exercise. Today, he helps clients build strength, recover from injuries, and regain confidence through movement.
