Chaopeng, known as CP, is a former professional dancer and yoga instructor who began his fitness journey in the gym. He holds a Diploma in Nutrition, Health, and Wellness and adopts a holistic approach to fitness. CP’s focus is on technique, form, mobility, and strength. Outside of teaching, he enjoys swimming, freediving, and volleyball, which inspire him to stay fit. With his diverse background in both physical activity and nutrition, CP offers comprehensive training and advice, covering everything from bodybuilding to flexibility and overall wellness.
