Physical Condition, Participation & Safety

1. 1. Participants acknowledge and agree that it is their sole responsibility to ensure they are physically and medically fit to safely participate in PURE Games, which includes high-intensity physical activities, functional fitness challenges, endurance tasks, and related training or competition events.  
   2. Participants understand that PURE Games activities may impose significant physical demands and carry inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, fatigue, or other physical distress.  
   3. Participants must not take part in PURE Games if they are suffering from any infectious or contagious disease, illness, or condition (including open wounds, skin infections, or abrasions) that may pose a risk to themselves or others. Any such condition must be disclosed to event staff prior to participation.  
   4. Participants acknowledge that improper use of equipment or failure to follow instructions from PURE staff, coaches, or event officials may result in injury. Participants are required to seek clarification and guidance where necessary and must not use any equipment or participate in any activity they do not fully understand.  
   5. Participants who are pregnant, on medication, or have any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or disabilities are strongly advised to consult a qualified medical practitioner prior to registering for or participating in PURE Games.  
   6. Participants must not participate under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substances that may impair physical performance or judgement. 

Assumption of Risk & Limitation of Liability

1. 1. Participants acknowledge and accept that participation in PURE Games involves inherent risks of physical injury, illness, or other harm.  
   2. By registering for and/or participating in PURE Games, participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.  
   3. To the fullest extent permitted by law, participants agree that PURE, including its employees, representatives, agents, contractors, and affiliates, shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, illness, death, or expense arising directly or indirectly from participation in PURE Games, including use of equipment, facilities, or participation in any event activity.  
   4. Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless PURE and its employees, representatives, agents, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of or in connection with their participation in PURE Games.  
   5. PURE is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought to or used at the event venue. Participants are solely responsible for safeguarding their personal property at all times. 

Personal Information

1. 1. By registering for PURE Games, participants agree that PURE may collect, use, and process personal data as required for event administration, communication, safety, and related operational purposes.  
   2. Required personal data may include (but is not limited to) name, contact number, email address, and emergency contact information.  
   3. Personal data may be shared with affiliated entities of PURE Group, as well as third-party service providers engaged for event operations, including administrative, technical, safety, and logistical support.  
   4. All personal data will be handled in accordance with PURE’s Privacy Policy. 

General

1. 1. PURE reserves the right to amend this Liability and Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.  
   2. Participation in PURE Games constitutes acceptance of all terms outlined in this document.
