PURE GAMES 2026

1. Eligibility & Registration

1. 1. Participation in PURE Games is open to individuals who have successfully registered and completed all required sign-up steps, including acceptance of the Liability Waiver and these Terms & Conditions.
   2. All participants must meet the minimum age requirement of 18 years old on the day of the event.
   3. Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, except in the case of event cancellation by the organiser.
   4. No changes to Category or Division will be allowed upon completion of registration.
   5. For Doubles and Relay categories, all team members’ details must be submitted in full at the time of registration. Duplicate participant names across multiple teams or entries within the same division are not permitted unless expressly approved by the Organiser.
   6. Participants are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted during registration is accurate and complete. Once registration is confirmed, no amendments, substitutions, additions, or changes to participant details will be allowed.
   7. PURE reserves the right to reject or cancel any registration at its sole discretion, including but not limited to safety, operational, or eligibility concerns.

2. Event Format & Participation

1. 1. PURE Games is a multi-station fitness event designed to test strength, endurance, agility, and overall physical performance.
   2. Participants are required to adhere to the movement standards outlined in the official PURE Games Rulebook.
   3. Participants are required to follow all instructions provided by PURE staff, instructors, judges, and event officials at all times.
   4. PURE reserves the right to modify, replace, or remove any event station, workout, or format element without prior notice if required for safety, operational, or logistical reasons.
   5. Participants must complete all required stations within the designated time limits. Failure to do so may result in disqualification or non-scoring of affected segments.

3. Refund, Cancellation & Transfer Policy 

1. 1. All registrations for PURE Games are strictly non-refundable, including but not limited to cases of non-attendance, schedule conflicts, injury, illness, or change of personal circumstances.  
   2. PURE reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify PURE Games or any part thereof due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to safety concerns, insufficient participation, operational requirements, or force majeure events. In such cases, PURE may, at its sole discretion, offer one or more of the following:  
      • Rescheduling of the event or affected segment; and/or  
      • Partial or full refund, where deemed appropriate by PURE.  
   3. Requests for registration transfers to another must be submitted within the timeframe and conditions communicated by the organiser. 
   4. PURE reserves the right to refuse entry or participation to any individual who is deemed medically unfit, unsafe to participate, or in breach of event rules or instructions, without obligation to provide a refund. 

4. Health, Safety & Conduct

1. 1. All participants must ensure they are medically and physically fit to participate, as outlined in the Liability Waiver.
   2. Unsafe behaviour, misconduct, or failure to comply with instructions may result in immediate removal from the event without refund.
   3. PURE reserves the right to deny participation to any individual deemed unfit, unsafe, or under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
   4. Participants must treat all staff, judges, volunteers, and fellow participants with respect at all times. Any abusive, aggressive, or unsportsmanlike behaviour will not be tolerated.

5. Scoring, Results & Judging

1. 1. All scoring, timing, and judging decisions made by PURE and its appointed officials are final.
   2. Participants agree that performance data, results, and rankings are determined at PURE’s sole discretion based on established judging criteria.
   3. PURE reserves the right to adjust scoring rules, tie-break procedures, or judging criteria where necessary to ensure fairness and operational integrity.
   4. All winners will be contacted using the contact details provided during registration within 30 days following the event.
   5. Winners must respond to the Organiser within 14 working days from the date of notification to arrange for prize collection. Failure to respond within the stipulated period will result in the prize being forfeited, and the Organiser reserves the right to withdraw the prize or award it to an alternative recipient at its sole discretion.
   6. The Organiser shall not be responsible for unsuccessful attempts to contact winners due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated contact information provided during registration.
   7. Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash, unless stated otherwise.
   8. Winners must activate their awarded membership within three (3) months from the date of notification by the Organiser. Failure to activate the membership within the stipulated period will result in the prize being forfeited without compensation or replacement.

6. Event Changes, Cancellation & Force Majeure

1. 1. PURE reserves the right to postpone, cancel, or amend PURE Games in part or in full due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to safety concerns, government regulations, venue restrictions, or force majeure events.
   2. In such cases, PURE may offer alternative arrangements, including rescheduling, event credits, or refunds (full or partial), at its sole discretion.

7. Personal Data & Media Consent

1. 1. By participating, participants agree that PURE may collect and process personal data for event administration and operational purposes in accordance with PURE’s Privacy Policy.
   2. Participants consent to photography, video recording, and audio recording during PURE Games.
   3. PURE reserves the right to use, reproduce, publish, and distribute such content (including participant likeness, performance, and results) for marketing, promotional, and commercial purposes across all media channels without compensation.

8. Equipment & Venue Use

1. 1. Participants must use all equipment and facilities in a safe and appropriate manner.
   2. Any damage caused to equipment or venue property due to negligence or misuse may result in liability for repair or replacement costs.

9. Liability

1. 1. Participation in PURE Games is at the participant’s own risk. Participants are solely responsible for ensuring that they are medically fit, physically capable, and in suitable health to participate in the event. By participating, participants acknowledge that PURE Games involves strenuous physical activity and voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation
   2. PURE shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expense arising from participation, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
   3. Participants agree to fully release and discharge PURE, its employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims arising from participation, as outlined in the Liability Waiver.

10. Amendments

1. 1. PURE reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
   2. Continued participation in PURE Games constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms & Conditions.
