Suitable for all levels, it deepens the understanding of core poses and their effects on the body, breath, emotions, thoughts, and sense of centring. Guided by breath and the instructor, the class offers a new Vinyasa experience flowing from one pose to the next. Pranayama, chanting, and meditation may be included.
