To align with our goal of providing a well-rounded fitness and wellness experience that encompasses the diverse range of services PURE offers, our 1-1 Personal Services will be consolidated and rebranded as Optimise360. This will allow greater flexibility for you to customise a unique fitness plan to suit the needs and goals of everyone. 

No, all Personal Services package has been consolidated and rebranded as Optimise360, which offers more value and flexibility in customising your fitness plan. 

No, however you may need to indicate the type of Personal Services you would like to take up, so we can assign the Trainer / Teacher to you. For booking of sessions, you can liaise with your assigned Trainer / Teacher directly.

Yes, you can mix & match the different types of services available (Personal Training, Personal Yoga, Personal Pilates, Kickboxing, Boxing, Sports Recovery, Glucose Insights).

E.g. A member bought a 6-session package, he/she can do 2x PP and 4x PY in Sep. This member can also choose to do another service type - 3x PT and 3x PY in the next month. 

You may indicate your preferred Trainer / Teacher, however PURE reserves the right to assign based on the Trainer / Teacher’s availability.

Glucose Insights (CGMS) is retailed at SGD 399; hence 2 sessions will be deducted.

All first-time members will get to enjoy a complimentary session (1x session) of Personal Training. Approach the Personal Training team to book your complimentary trial now.

For prepaid option, member must pay the full amount upfront.

It includes 4 sessions, and these sessions must be utilised within the month and cannot be carried forward to the next month.  

You can choose from 6-month / 12-month commitment period and the subscription will be automatically renewed monthly. Our autopay system offers two fixed deduction dates: the 1^st & the 16^th of each month. We do not offer pro-rated billing, this means that when you select your autopay date, your billing cycle will begin on the 1^st or the 16^th of the month, depending on the date you choose.

You can still subscribe to the monthly subscription plan and supplement it with the Optimise360 package (prepaid).  

As the Optimise360 Subscription is linked to your membership account, you will need to request suspension for both services. All non-pregnancy or non-medical suspensions will incur a $60/month fee. The minimum suspension period is one month. You are allowed to request for suspension twice (up to 3 months in total) within a calendar year. Any unused sessions within the billing month will be forfeited.
