Reformer: Intro Pilates
Welcome to group Reformer Pilates! This class will familiarise you with the reformer machine and how it works. A fun and challenging workout where you will learn the fundamentals of Pilates. You will learn how to engage your core, how to move with correct alignment and how to recruit the target muscles when using the Pilates reformer machine. 60 minute workout.  GRIP SOCKS ARE REQUIRED FOR THIS CLASS - please bring your own!
Reformer: Signature Pilates
Our full body conditioning workout focussing on strength, endurance and mobility suited for all levels. New to Pilates? Be sure to attend an intro class to learn the basics, then jump into a Signature class to experience the ultimate group Reformer class. This class dials up the intensity as you chase that Pilates burn and are guided through the exercises with focus on developing great technique. 55 minute workout. GRIP SOCKS ARE REQUIRED FOR THIS CLASS - please bring your own!
Reformer: Stretch Pilates
This class flows through mobility exercises with a focus on range of motion, alignment and overall core strength to leave you feeling restored. Drawing from both Yoga and Pilates to create a full mind-body connection. You are encouraged to move with purpose and intent, connecting your breath and core to discover your full range of motion on the reformer. Stretch classes move at a slower pace, for you to be more attuned to your own body. A great way to increase your flexibility, gain a better understanding of how to move without restriction, better alignment and with control. The perfect addition to your training to compliment your workouts. For all levels. 55 minute workout.  GRIP SOCKS ARE REQUIRED FOR THIS CLASS - please bring your own!
