Clarence’s Yoga journey started from his practiced as a professional calligrapher for over a decade. As part of his journey to better understand the mind and muscle connection, he ventured into the practice of yoga and weight-lifting, both of which have enriched his life and become a lifestyle. In 2018, to better his practice as a student, Clarence enrolled for a 200-hour HYTT (Hot Yoga Teacher Training). As a yoga instructor, Clarence's aim is to assist his students in better understanding the mind-muscle connection through a systematic practice of Hot26. This practice focuses on building a strong foundation that creates room for personal discovery, physical healing and mental wellness. Clarence believes in the practice of ‘feeling’. He believes that building sensitivity to the body through mind-muscle connection, allows an individual to identify emotions within themselves, providing them space to pause and reflect - a form of active meditation.
