She continuously expands her knowledge through various training programs, including Iyengar Yoga, Wall Rope Yoga with Bryan Legere, and learning from renowned teachers like Shiva Rea and Sarah Powers. With a teaching style that encompasses hatha yoga, vinyasa flow, yin, restorative, and Wall Rope Yoga, Dagge believes yoga is not just an activity but a way of life, fostering serenity, skillfulness, and meaningful relationships.
