Mandy discovered yoga in 2011, initially seeking flexibility but finding so much more. She witnessed how yoga transformed her in many ways, physically and mentally, guiding her through various life stages. By 2013, she completed her 200-hour RYT course and began her teaching journey in 2014 while still an undergrad. Sharing her passion and energy with her students, Mandy blends mindfulness with dynamic workouts, ensuring everyone leaves with a smile. She firmly believes yoga is for everyone and creates a non-judgmental environment infused with creativity, balance, and the occasional surprise, making each class an engaging and unique experience.
