In 2006, Mimi faced worsening pain in her left arm, diagnosed with cervical spondylosis. Exploring alternatives, she discovered Bikram yoga, not only easing her condition but bringing transformative impacts to her life. Beyond physical benefits, Mimi found inner strength, peace, and deeper aspects of yoga: meditation, compassion, interconnectedness, and joy in every moment. Grateful for the path yoga illuminated, she is now a coach and teacher, guiding others to positive life changes. Mimi encourages embracing uncertainty, exploring with curiosity, practicing gratitude, and, most importantly, believing in oneself.
