Diana's first exposure to yoga was a Hatha class in 2014. She loved the lightness it gave her. She embarked on her yoga journey and successfully completed her 200hr Yoga Teachers' Training in 2015. Classes with Diana are alignment-focused, sprinkled with joy and laughter. She is crazy over arm balances and Handstands, you will find strength and empowerment in her Upside Down and Vinyasa classes.
