Faye holds a Bachelor of Exercise and Nutrition Sciences from the University of Queensland. Her passion for fitness and health began at sixteen, leading her to explore a wide range of training styles, including resistance training, Pilates, yoga, Muay Thai, and tennis. She takes a holistic approach to wellbeing, focusing on balance and enjoyment in everyday movement. Having once felt intimidated by the gym herself, Faye strives to help others feel comfortable and confident in that environment. She is passionate about making fitness enjoyable and empowering people to build sustainable habits for a strong, healthy, and fulfilling life.
