This Classical Mat Pilates class is a total body tone-up, perfect for beginners and a great alignment refresher for experienced practitioners. Following Joseph Pilates’ traditional method, the class focuses on precise sequencing, targeting the Powerhouse (abs, glutes, and thighs) to build core strength, flexibility, and stamina. Led by classically certified instructors, you will move through the full Beginner Mat sequence and explore Intermediate exercises using the Wall and Hand Weights, gradually increasing intensity. Mat work improves posture, spinal mobility, and core control, helping you move more effectively. Each session emphasizes alignment, breath, and flow, creating a focused and dynamic practice. You’ll be challenged with just a mat—but delighted with the results! Suitable For: No prior experience required. Ideal for beginners and those looking to deepen their Classical Pilates practice.
