TRAIN FOR HYROX: INTENSIVE

Sculpt the champion within you and join us on a 10-week fitness journey designed to prepare you for the ultimate athletic challenge. Guided by qualifying HYROX World Championship athletes Jeremy Soh and Gan Kai Han, get ready for a comprehensive experience as you dive deep into the technicalities with a firsthand breakdown of each HYROX exercise, refining functional movements and mastering strategic transitions from station to station.

Phase 1: Fundamentals and Strength*

Build a solid foundation to set yourself up for HYROX success.

 

  • Week 1 (Apr 10 and 14): Upper Body-focused strength training and technique alterations for big lifts
  • Week 2 (Apr 17 and 21): Upper Body-focused strength training and technique alterations for big lifts
  • Week 3 (Apr 24 and 28): Lower Body-focused strength training and technique alterations for big lifts
  • Week 4 (May 1 and 5): Lower Body-focused strength training and technique alterations for big lifts
  • Week 5 (May 8 and 12): Mid-point Physical Test

 

Phase 2: HYROX Strategies and Preparation*

Learn and understand the essential techniques and transitions to conquer each of the 8 stations of HYROX.

 

  • Week 6 (May 15 and 19): Sled push, Sled pull and Wall Ball
  • Week 7 (May 22 and 26): Lunges, Burpees broad jump and Farmers Walk
  • Week 8 (May 29 and Jun 2): Ski Erg and Rowers
  • Week 9 (Jun 12 and 16): Time Trial, Full Race Simulation 
  • Week 10 (Jun 23 and 26): Deload and Race Preparation

All Saturday sessions will be a Conditioning workout.*

 

Tuition

Full 10 weeks: $900 (10% off)
Week 1 – 5: $500
Week 6 – 10: $500

 

Participants of this class will also receive a personalized running program tailored to their individual fitness levels. Besides this, participants who purchase the full program will receive 5 complimentary Ice Bath recovery sessions.
