WILDLOTUS Lab Series With Patrick Creelman

Here are 3 opportunities to practice and study with Patrick in 2024.

Each series is a standalone training and do not require continuation to the next.

Each of the 3 series takes on special topics and delves deeply in the theory and application for improving the practice and the teaching of the class.

All 3 programmes taken together offers a 100-hour continuation education certification and increases the credit hours towards Yoga Alliance accreditation.

Series I – Action & Adjustments Lab
Physical Adjustments: Exploring beginner + intermediate + advanced poses with intelligent physical adjustments. This course will include sensitivity exercises, anatomy lessons and application of hands-on work to ensure the direction of movement is accurate.

Series II – Alignment & Sequencing Lab
Insight to sequencing: Explores the relationship between poses and groups of poses. A study of the different approaches for sequencing yoga classes of different & mixed level classes. This course will include exploring different sequencing theories and their application, and group discussions around improving sequencing. 

Series III – Philosophy & Pranayama Lab
Insight to philosophy and pranayama: A discussion for organising a variety of inspired teachable themes directly related to the core texts of yoga. Study & practice of a wide variety of pranayama exercises to explore the subtle aspect of yoga, and the combination of how pranayama is an application of the philosophy of yoga. This course is also a continued journey towards the mastery of alignment & action in asanas.
