1. Your Physical Condition and Safety

1. You understand and agree that it is your responsibility to ensure that you have the full ability to safely participate in the physical activities and / or use of the PURE Facilities, and that participating in the physical activities undertaken at PURE and use of the PURE Facilities imposes physical demands upon you. In particular you understand that yoga sessions may be held in a heated and humid environment (of between 30°C and 40°C centigrade and with up to 97% humidity) that may impose extreme physical demands on you.
2. You shall not use any of the PURE Facilities or participate in any of the physical activities available at PURE whilst suffering from any infections or contagious illness, disease or other ailment including but not limited to open cuts, abrasions, open sores or minor infections, where there is any risk that such use or participation in such condition may be detrimental to the health, safety, comfort or physical condition of other users of PURE. You will bring any such matters to the attention of staff of PURE if in any doubt.
3. The PURE Facilities may result in harm to you, especially if you have not received instruction in their use by one of PURE’s instructors. All equipment is different and even if you have used similar equipment it is essential you are familiar with the use of the PURE Facilities. You must seek advice from staff of PURE on the correct use of the PURE
Facilities and must not use any of the PURE Facilities if you are not sure as to their safe and proper use.
4. Any person who is pregnant, under medication and/or suffering from or having suffered from any medical disability is strongly advised to seek the advice of a qualified medical practitioner before using any of the PURE Facilities or taking part in any physical activities in the premises of PURE.
5. No person who is under the influence of drugs or of alcohol is permitted to use the PURE Facilities or take part in any physical activities in the premises of PURE

2. Limitation of Liability

1. You understand and agree that when participating in the physical activities available at PURE and in using the PURE Facilities there is the risk or possibility of injury.
2. You voluntarily accept the risk of injury involved in such participation and use and agree that PURE and its employees and/or agents shall not be held liable or responsible for any claims, demands, damages, losses, loss of profit or business, actions or legal proceedings due to death, injury, loss, damage to your person or property or to the person or property of other participants in the physical activities available at PURE and/or uses of the PURE Facilities arising out of, or in connection with the use by you or by other users of any of the PURE Facilities or your and other users participation in the physical activities available at PURE; and
3. You hereby agree to defend, indemnify on demand and hold harmless PURE any of its employees and/or agents from all claims which may be brought against them for any such injuries of claims as aforesaid and all costs and expenses incidental thereto.
4. PURE is not responsible for any items lost or stolen on its premises for any reason whatsoever. You are solely responsible for taking care of your personal belongings on the premises.

3. Personal Information

1. PURE has a privacy policy in place, full details of which can be obtained here. While you are under no obligation to provide personal data, we require at minimum your name, your company name (if applicable), telephone number, email address, and postal address in order to deliver our products and services.
2. The personal data given by means of this agreement may be disclosed to any member of PURE's associated companies, any agent, contractor or person who provides administrative, telecommunications, computer and other services to PURE in connection with the operation of PURE's business.
