Dynamic: Vinyasa
A dynamic practice focused on moving the body along with the breath. The experience in this class is one of fluidity and motion. Poses are generally held for short periods of time and emphasis on the rhythm of the breath is encouraged with the purpose of aligning and focusing the mind. Some pranayama, chanting and meditation may be included. Suitable for students with some yoga experience looking to have an invigorating experience. No full inversions are included in these classes. Some preparations for inversions and Advanced Level postures may be introduced, with options for Mixed Level students to ease the transition to Advanced Level classes.

Dynamic: Vinyasa Advanced
A dynamic practice focused on moving the body along with the breath. The experience in this class is one of fluidity and motion. Poses are generally held for short periods of time and emphasis on the rhythm of the breath is encouraged with the purpose of aligning and focusing the mind. Some pranayama, chanting and meditation may be included. Suitable for intermediate yoga practitioners with a consistent Vinyasa practice. This class builds on the necessary body stability acquired in Mixed Level classes to take on more challenging asanas and sequences. Classes are taught with modifications to allow an easy transition to Advanced Level. Full inversions may be included in these classes.
Dynamic: Yoga Balance
This practice focuses on creating symmetry throughout the body. Most humans experience some type of physical imbalance, which can create stress and strain in the body. This class helps students to identify such imbalances and create symmetry by balancing the strength and flexibility in their bodies. Concentration, core strength and stability are enhanced by doing balancing postures. Some pranayama, chanting and meditation may be included. Suitable for students with some yoga experience looking to have an invigorating experience. No full inversions are included in this class
Dynamic: Yoga Strength
This class focused on toning the body. A stimulating practice that will leave students energized through a sequence of strengthening poses. The class finishes with stretching postures designed to balance the body and muscles. Some pranayama, chanting and meditation may be included.
