Born in New Zealand, Kendra has a profound passion for sports and fitness. Her fitness career started in her late teens, leading her to conduct international workshops and training sessions worldwide. Kendra discovered Pilates in 2001 and subsequently trained at the Pilates Institute in London in 2003. Her commitment to continuous learning has allowed her to teach in various settings, from one-on-one sessions to group and online classes. Kendra's expertise encompasses clinical Pilates, with a focus on rehabilitation, and pre and postnatal Pilates. Her classes are a blend of enjoyment, creativity, and a strong emphasis on proper technique.
