In 2013, Lishan delved into yoga seeking a new endeavor alongside her studies in communications and the performing arts. Intrigued by an asana book, her first Bikram class ignited a transformative journey: a holistic experience fostering mindfulness and inner peace. She specialize in yin and sound therapy, integrating healing principles into her creative, intuitive teachings. Holding space and guiding students to translate on-mat insights into empowering choices is her passion, driven by her recovery from eating disorders and psychological challenges.
