Thu attended her 1st yoga class 10 years ago, and Yoga has become a way of living, not just a physical practice for her, but building on self-awareness and knowing oneself. Understanding that yoga and pilates balance strength and flexibility, her classes combine strength and mobility work, focusing on Alignment and Human Anatomy to create a safe and effective practice. She believes in the quality of the practice rather than quantity. For her, regardless of age and fitness level, yoga is for everyone. Everybody has a different way of moving, just be mindful, compassionate, and creative.
