Growing up immersed in sports, Cherish has been grateful for an active lifestyle, starting with track and volleyball in school. Fitness has always been paramount to her, leading her to explore Muay Thai and resistance training, which enhanced her performance in sports. With 4 years in the fitness industry, initially teaching group classes, Cherish has now shifted her focus to delve into training intricacies. She firmly believes fitness is inclusive; despite age, injuries, or time constraints, everyone can benefit with suitable adjustments. Her goal is to ensure everyone can attain a portion of fitness for their well-being, accommodating diverse needs and circumstances.
