Join us for a complimentary Pilates: Reformer Intro class to learn the fundamentals of Pilates and explore our 4 different types of reformer classes as you progress!

 

 

Pilates: Reformer Intro

Welcome to group Reformer Pilates! This is your starting point in your Pilates journey. In the Reformer Introduction class, you will learn about the set-up of the Reformer equipment and the fundamentals of Pilates to prepare you for our group classes. You will learn the correct techniques to engage your core, coupled with breathwork, and finding the correct body alignment while on the Reformer and any modifications you need.

*This is a complimentary class for all members.
*This introductory class is mandatory for all first-timers.
*Each member can attend a maximum of three Introductory classes.
*Please bring your own grip socks or purchase at front desk.
*This class is not suitable for pregnant ladies.
