Why is there a need to align with the existing membership structure?

Your current membership has become obsolete and is no longer available. As we transit to align your membership access with the closest membership that is offered currently, it ensures fairness and simplicity for all our members. This will help us to further enhance the privileges for all our PURE members.

How do you determine my new membership monthly fee?

Your access will transit to align with the closest membership we offer currently, based on your current monthly fee.

 

As you are out of contract, we have aligned your new monthly fee based on our 3-month min. commitment fee. To enjoy a better rate, you can also choose to recontract to our 12-month membership and receive additional benefits.

I am happy with the assigned membership access, but I would like to recontract to a 12-month membership to enjoy a better rate and additional benefits.

You may contact your dedicated Customer Representative or visit your preferred club to recontract.

What are the benefits of renewing my contract?

Not only can you enjoy better rates, there is also an additional 10% off your total membership fee should you wish to pay upfront. You can also get to receive additional loyalty or Corporate benefits when you recontract with us.

I am out of contract minimum commitment period and on a Dues Agreement, but I signed a contract previously specifying the rate I pay. Why is my monthly fee increased?

Once the minimum commitment period is fulfilled, monthly fees can be adjusted as stated in Clause C2 of the Agreement, with a 30-day notice period given.

 

Hence, the email announcement on 1 Feb 2024 is to notify you of the new membership access that will be implemented on 1 Apr 2024 onwards. Your membership fees will only be revised from April onwards, based on your autopay schedule.
