Linda started yoga in 2012 to get healthier and got hooked into Hot yoga. She then decided to take up a YTT in Hot yoga with Copper Crow in 2017 and have been teaching since July 2017. Seeing students grow and develop beyond the physical practice fuels her to be a better teacher. Specialising in hot yoga., she teach in a non dogmatic approach with a focus on alignment and breath awareness. She keeps her classes accessible but challenging and fun. Through the physical asanas, she hopes students get to discover the many other benefits that comes with yoga.
