Whether you are a dedicated Ashtanga Yoga practitioner or newer to the practice, there will be something in this weekend to impart a spark of inspiration. Workshops will include a technical and analytical look at healthy and efficient approaches to the yoga poses. Discussions will be grounded in a lineage-based approach to the practice.
