About the Workshop

What works for someone else might not always work for you, so how do we know if we are on the right path?

The human body possesses intelligent mechanics; its joints, bones, muscles, and other tissues work together, almost like the many components of an engine. Due to each person’s unique combination of genetic and mental and physical development, our morphologies can differ so much from one another.

This series of 2.5 hour-long intensive workshops led by Riane will help you to further develop your inversion goals if you are working on a specific shape, way of entry, or still figuring out what works best for your body type.

 

Prerequisite:

Ability to execute an inversion against a wall.

Straight Line Inversions

– Active shoulder mobility

– Tightness drills to get rid of “Banana Back”

Hip Flexion Inversions

Riane Low
Riane, previously a competitive dancer since age 11, turned to yoga as a complement to her training, enhancing her body awareness, alignment, and fluidity. Yoga brought her even greater movement, endurance, stability, and injury rehabilitation, instilling calmness in her intense 10-hour daily training sessions.
